Cathedral Quarter, Derby

The Cathedral Quarter in Derby is a resurgent part of the city centre with a diversity of uses from cafes, bars and shops through to cultural and heritage buildings. The area is a Business Improvement District and our contribution to the mix is a landmark new office building designed by Franklin Ellis. The development will provide some 4,650 sq. m. (50,000 sq. ft.) of space with an end value of around £12m.

This is to be the first grade A office space available in the city for many years - a leap of faith in the regeneration of this important part of Derby. We believe this kind of entrepreneurial approach is vital in the regeneration process and will catalyse further investment in the wider area.
