Pearl Works, Sheffield
This project, led by our property company Bolsterstone, comprises a 3,000 sq. m. (32,000 sq. ft.) contemporary office development at the Pearl Works site in Sheffield City Centre. We acquired the property in 2005 and were awarded a planning consent in 2007 for a high quality design by international architects BDP. Following development, the property is likely to be retained as an investment.
